2. I paid by credit card, why do I see an extra charge in my bank account for one order?

Your credit card is charge 10% more than your order as a "pending" transaction. This allows us to add any customer-requested items or tip to the original transaction/order. Once the order is finalized, the payment will be captured for the exact amount.

3. Should I tip my driver? 

Your driver works for delivery fees and your gratitude. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance and demeanor, attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

4. How far do you deliver? 

We deliver the whole entire Island of Nassau, New Providence. The Bahamas. 

5. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Food items on the website are displayed showing Cash Prices. If we cannot locate a cash customer after the order is enroute and has already been paid for that said customer account will be blocked from the site and app.

6. Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

Orders can not be canceled after it is placed with the resturant. 

7. Fee Break Down

Delivery fee estimated from the resturant to the dners location. drivers recieve a substantial percantage of the delivery fee plus full tips along witha driver fuel surcharge 

8. How to avoid delayed first time CASH orders

Simply place your order online. If necessary, our staff will contact you to confirm order details. All first-time cash orders will be contacted by customer service to confirm your order before placing it with a restaurant. To avoid delays with your first time Cash orders please enter information as accurately as possible.

9. What if there is a problem with my order?

Just give us a call/whatsApp our customer service line at 242-822-2346/ 242-828-2347use or live chat on our site or contact form and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue. Gofadis is not responsible for items that are left unclaimed and will not issue a refund. The buyer will be responsible for all charges and fees. Refunds are only issued if delivery can not be completed on behalf of Gofadis.

10. Is my card and Infomrtion secured?

We do not sell or share any customer personal information and each checkout is done on e-commerce secure third party servers that are secured.

Please make us aware of any food related allergies that could cause you to become ill before placing your order.

Please make sure to have the correct phone number when making an account. If we can not reach you for whatever reason regarding your account, your order will not be placed or your order will be cancelled during delivery after 30 minutes of not being able to reach you This is to ensure that your order is accurate. We like to work smarter, not harder.

Please note when placing large cash orders that our drivers normally don't carry more than $20 on them so PLEASE make sure to have change. Thank you!
There is no Non Cash Fee associated with all Credit and PayPal orders.

11. What types of orders can be refunded

As of March 2021, you can only refund takeout pickup orders. For delivery orders, customers can call our Delivery Support phone number (242-822-2346), which is provided in your confirmation email and text, to request a refund.

WE ARE A BAHAMAIN OWNED DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER THEREFORE WE CHARGE A MARK UP OF 12% FOR PARTNERED RESTAURANTS AND 15% FOR NON PARTNERED RESTURANTS.
