Our Fettuccine is cooked from scratch every time you order. We boil the pasta just long enough to prevent it form being overcooked. At this time, we only use heavy cream (white base) in our fettuccine. We pride ourselves in the fact that we do not use frozen carrots out of the package. We do add the frozen mixed vegetables. As a extra added authentic Global Cuisine touch we we serve our Fettuccine with Fry Dough.
